Wound-up schemes

The company transferred the Alliance UniChem UK Group Pension Scheme to a specialist buyout company known as Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), and the scheme was then wound-up (or dissolved). If your benefits were transferred to PIC, you now have an individual insurance policy with PIC that secures your pension rights.
