New functionality in MYA

Legal & General recently made a number of enhancements to Manage Your Account (MYA), which aim to improve the online experience for members.

The latest of these adds a new ‘self-service’ functionality, making it easier than ever to make changes to your account. You will be able to access these new options through the ‘Your requests’ tab and:

• Change nominated beneficiaries using an online form, rather than having to post a hard copy.
• Request a ‘transfer-in’ pack, to make it easier to transfer other pensions in.
• Change your selected retirement age/date online.
