Boots Pension Scheme

The Boots Pension Scheme is a defined benefit pension scheme. Since 1 July 2010, members have not been able to build up more pension in the Scheme (nor pay contributions into it).

The Scheme has around 27,500 pensioners who are paid a pension from the Scheme, as well as 35,900 deferred members who will receive a pension in the future.

The Trustee Directors manage the Scheme to ensure that it remains able to pay out the benefits that have been promised to all members.

Manage your pension

You can use the member self-service system to keep track of your pension at any time and start planning your retirement. Simply log in to your account, where you can:

update your personal details
nominate your beneficiaries
view your retirement options (for deferred members)
update your bank details (for pensioners)
view pension payslips

Securing your pension with Legal & General

The Trustee of the Boots Pension Scheme and Boots have agreed to make some changes to the Scheme. Letters have been issued to all members explaining these changes.
