You can view your annual benefit statement online, through Manage your Account (MYA). MYA is a user-friendly tool on the Legal & General (L&G) website that lets you look at your pension information whenever you want. As well as accessing your benefit statements, you can also check the current value of your pension pot, explore investment choices or change the funds you’re invested in.

If you have not done so already, you will need to register before you can access your personal information. L&G has produced a useful step-by-step guide to help you through the registration process or you can watch their video for an overview of MYA’s features.

Registering only takes a few minutes and you will need your account number, which was included in the joining pack you received when you became a member. If you don’t know your number or you have forgotten your login details, you can call the L&G helpdesk on: 0345 073 0785 (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm).
